After a month of prepwork, we were finally ready to hit the road. The plan was to leave at 6AM and get to Zion National Park by 2pm and noodle around for the day and then head to Bryce Canyon the next morning. Being that this was our first motorcycle trip, this plan proved to be much too ambitious!
